That night, a harpy attacked the vessel, charming several crew members and party members with its song; Calliope, Sas, and Barlo (via a deafening spell) broke the enchantment, and Shadow eliminated the threat with an arrow that erupted into entangling vines. Shortly after, an adult blue dragon ambushed the vessel after being tipped off by an unknown informant, unleashing devastating lightning breath that vaporized the ship's cook, nearly killed Bastion and a crew member, and dropped Calliope. In a daring maneuver, Barlo leaped forty feet from the crow's nest onto the dragon's back, blinding its eyes and riding the beast down as Bastion delivered the killing blow with magic missiles. Both Barlo and the dragon crashed to the earth, where the party spent nine to ten hours harvesting wings, scales, thirty breath glands, horns, and meat preserved via Gentle Repose. That night, an elderly, time-traveling version of Grognard manifested briefly to warn them that the cursed book contains the actual Karsus Avatar spell stolen from Karsus (which caused the ancient fall of Toril) and is tied to Dendar the Night Serpent and dragon prophecies before vanishing. Simultaneously, Bastion experienced a restored memory of a younger Grognard explaining that the world can finally handle such high-level magic, leaving the party with profound cosmological revelations and questions regarding a smuggler named Professor Joshua. | Redfall 8, 2023KC | Morning | Over Kampos, East Side | 10/8/23 | Redfall 9, 2023KC | Night | Fossilzed Forest/Beach of a Thousand Colors | Cursed Book, Rock Golem Book, Dragon Wings, Dragon Scales, Dragon Breath Pouches, Dragon Horn and Bones, Dragon Meat, The Cubes, Healer's Kit, Brumestone, (S106) The Dragon's Graveyard, (S108) Leaving the Realm of D&D OLD | nav | Overflying a petrified forest, the party suffers a harrowing ambush from a massive adult blue dragon that vaporizes the ship's cook and nearly kills Bastion before Barlo leaps from the crow's nest to ride the crashing beast. DM SECRETS
DM EYES ONLY!!
The Six
In Session 67 a partial book was found in the keep, titled: Lord of the End of Everything where it had a handwritten note:
(Handwritten notes near the name: Meklan of Toril? Meklan of Dierde? Me, of course Jacoby? Possible... Bargle of Mystara... Odd... Kolvar... died... reincarnated it seems... died again? Odd ...
Years ago, timing is not that important -- but it was possibly before he captured Vyerith -- Tharros tried to take the long life power from a Dead Spellweaver, even though he had never taken a power from a Dead creature before. This failed miserably for many reasons -- but in the end it created 5 other "characters". Due to many factors, some which were responsible for the deviations, it affected them all in different ways and due to some cosmic influence as well (namely how Meklan would later mess with time to the point he becomes the god of time) the characters were flung out through the multiverse.
The truth is that Tharros made this all possible with the actions of that experiment, but they would ripple forward and backward in time and space. Not even Meklan could influence that decision.
Tharros later kidnapped Vyerith as she was on her way to Neyer, he hoped to take her Doppelganger powers.
He was later taken "prisoner" by the Arcane Order as a coup was underway... he later "disappeared" and that was all around 2020 when the Menagerie were coming together.
The OROBORIS of Meklan & Tharros
It is true that Meklan was created from Tharros -- but the truth is that Tharros is actually a Clone of Meklan from the past...
Created to stop the Dragon. Helped create the Arcane Order, a faction of evil to find artifacts and evil power which would be used for good and controlled so not used for actual nefarious purposes...
Meklin's Divinity
Meklan is a god of time and magic, as Mystery (Mystra) has created a new paradigm for how magic is. The previous god of time has long been "lost". With Meklan's many travels he was uniquely qualified for this role and had to give up his family as he knows that any perversion of events like that will have the most dire of outcomes. A lesson he learned before becoming a god as he sought this through many many ways only to fail and continue to make things works.
Hence why he is very careful in how he uses his power.
The Draconic Prophecy
The Draconic Prophecy of Dierde is nothing more than saying the Earth & Sun are Dragon gods who will wake up one day to destroy everything. It has gotten expanded and manipulated over time especially with occasional visits from Eberron who have changed things.
Many prophecies.. But there is one that that Meklan is looking at...
Dendar the Night Serpent
Yes, he was considered evil. However, he is the one who can swallow the god in the Sun... yet that will present a problem as the Sun produces life...
It is possible that due to The Weave, to what exists of AO in the Material Plane, and the connection to the Plane of Fire at that point the "sun" won't be destroyed but replaced.... may need something...
The problem is the Dragon in Dierde, who is to protect the Sun Dragon... but an empty orb put into the Sargassos as Tharros plans might be helpful for this.
NOTE: Dendar imprissoned on Chult, Ubtua is protector…
Now that exists …
Don't forget the Sarrukh
The Multiverse
Dierde is currently the only place in actual existence in the Material Plane. All other "worlds" are orbs, and many are on Dierde or hidden in the Universe. Those worlds are frozen in their final moments, which actually allows someone from Dierde to change things at that moment.... however things will "fast forward" in a way that only leads them to the next catastrophe. For example, the Wild Cards went to Eberron as the Lord of Blades sought to destroy everything. That battle was about to be successful and so time "froze" around that time. The orb was now a Gem of Tharizdun which would power the release of Tharizdun with allowing those final moments to all play out. That destruction is the catalyst for release.
However, when the party went to Eberron they "changed" the path for the world. It meant some other destruction down the line would be waiting in the orb.
History for Dierde is complicated.
Truthfully, it was an empty realmspace which was occupied by a powerful yet dying Dragon god from another "place".
Gaia and his children are true, for the most part, as well.
However, once the Early Netherese began to use Chronomancy things got complicated. As settlers from Netheril and Toril found their way to this realm they brought their myths, magic, and gods... These are the Forgotten Gods.
They were a part of this realm so they didn't trigger anything with the Dragon That Slumbers, but then other gods started to find their way in and as the Spellweavers began to cast their magic and rewrite reality it heavily affected this realm.
They were able to colonize both Dierde & Toril as if they existed in the same time -- but then the destruction of their race. This caused ripples through the multiverse.
Ripples that would later Lead to a ritual by a powerful Wizard named Tharros. He sought to take their power, and although he had "somehow" learned of their existence and was not destroyed by Vecna -- The powerful Lich deity which had long sought to eradicate all knowledge of this race to empower himself a very powerful "secret".
Tharros performed his ritual, as it was past the allowed limit for this individual Spellweaver, and for "other" reasons -- it caused Tharros to be Reborn and "split".
Tharros, sent far into the past -- where he established the Arcane Order, Bargle who was sent to a realm in the past known as Mystara, Kolvar who spent his life working on magic and multiple reincarnations, Jacoby Drexelhand who was never as powerful as the others, but felt that he should be (it is possible Tharros is responsible for that), Then there was Meklan who seemed to be split into two... one in Toril and one in Dierde...
Meklan would become a chosen of Mystara as he adventured in time & space, and this would secure his place as the "god of time".
And this is where things get complicated -- Tharros was actually a Clone of Meklan made at some point in the past. It was created to find ways to stop the Dragon that were not very "ethical".
from The True History
Bast & Eberron
The Deities of Faerun must be very careful when interacting with mortals for many reasons.
For Bast she has had machinations that are not in the interests of others -- especially Jergal and Vecna.
The god of Time & Bast both have reasons to pursue their shared goals and both see Eberron and the other planes ripe for "exploitation", but they must be saved. In the moment of their death, and due to the proximity of such a large obelisk, Bast took them, and has time god helping fix the moment.
But due to other deals, and besides it is to the benefit to help Eberron in its final days, it was imperative to stop the advance of the Lord of Blades who was about to wipe out all sentient non-Warforged life…
Granted the Ring of Siberys is falling… but that is a problem for another day, and another party.
The Silver Flame
The power from Eberron sought release and may have manipulated things so it could get to Dierde, much as Bast may have done the same...
As this is the only place in current existence (outside of the Far Realms -- which has already destroyed much outisde of the known universe).
note: The SF is a power that was able to keep apocalyptic evil at bay in Eberron… Part of it is now in Dierde and it might be the key to stopping the Dragon, if the Wild Cards can help it grow.
The Silver Flame would like to come to Dierde, and it is not a "diety" so it might be able to… it has decided to come through via the Warforged solder.
The Shadow that the Silver Flame seeks to eradicate long ago found its way to Dierde. The Silver Flame has tried before to come over, but it would seem those were not as successful as it would have liked… but now it is sure it can as the Draconic prophecies show it is time…
Note: The prophecies of Dierde were sparked from those past incursions.

Tharros & the Warforged
There are many warforge in Dierde, it turns out. It would seem Tharros has been busy building an army…
That's how Ursa got Gearlock. One of his many.
He was working on ways to "revive" them, even if just brainless automotons…
The 333 Gems of Tharizdun
Dierde is all that exists.... slowly the orbs were collecting and were going to destroy all.... leaving only Tharizdun.. Or not.
But the Dragon coming here changed things. It "reignited" ashes and memories of Toril and AO so it has an issue as those worlds bleed into this realmspace.
Paradox has tried many plans, this is all he has left. In the end they will summon the orbs, they will cause a "big bang" that will rebuild the "UNIVERSE" with Dierde getting its own "realmspace". The weavers are the problem and so Paradox has had to deal with their "spell" and even Vecna due to how he hid them from "history".
The omniverse needs to be rebuilt or restarted before everything collapses in on Dierde.

The Orbs
Friday, March 29, 2024 10:39 PM
The plan is to turn orbs into Canopic Jars.
• Hapy: Protects the lungs • Imsety: Protects the liver • Duamutef: Protects the stomach • Qebehsenuef: Protects the intestines
So when the ritual is done it will turn into a canopic jar for the Pharaoh ritual
This will give more life to the world, but only until his next death… in which case they will be consumed and Reborn.
There are 4 worlds about to be destroyed… and they will feed Nendar… this is one thing that Meklan worried about as each time this occurred it could empower it enough to eat all…
Need to satiate it.
The Saga of the Spellweavers and the Sundered Multiverse At a forgotten point in the deep past, the Spellweavers, a powerful and ancient race, were believed to have established colonies spanning the entire multiverse. Their grand ambition was nothing less than to reorganize all of reality according to a meticulous design they called the "Code of Reversion." This monumental plan involved extensive manipulation of Chronomancy, bending time itself to achieve their ultimate goal. However, the Spellweavers' ambitious undertaking was met with a catastrophic event: "The Disjunction." This wasn't merely an accident of their own making. It appears powerful entities from across the multiverse – and even, shockingly, from the future – actively intervened. Tharizdun, the Chained God of annihilation; Vecna, the Lich lord of secrets; Meklan, a mysterious figure; and others yet unknown, all played a hand in disrupting the Spellweavers' intricate chronomantic weave. Their combined interventions shattered the Spellweavers' plans and plunged the multiverse into chaos. The Aftermath: Competing Agendas Since The Disjunction, these powerful beings have pursued their own agendas in the fractured reality: • Jergal has tirelessly attempted to mend and fix the broken cosmic order. • Tharizdun seeks to exploit the chaos, desiring to erase all of existence and return the multiverse to primal oblivion. • Vecna endeavors to control the remnants of the Spellweavers' power and the knowledge unleashed by The Disjunction. • Meklan works to make sense of and bring coherence to the disjointed reality.
The Spellweavers' Legacy: The Orbs and the Gems Central to this epic struggle are powerful artifacts. The "Gems of the Spellweaver" were an integral part of their grand design, perhaps intended to store or channel the energy for the Code of Reversion. These gems were somehow "hidden" within various worlds across the multiverse. Intriguingly, these very same artifacts are now inextricably linked with Tharizdun. The "Orbs of Tharizdun" are, in fact, these surviving Spellweaver Gems, now twisted by or associated with the Chained God's influence. They continue to exist and exert their power as long as they remain in this contained, corrupted form. Thus, the Orbs of Tharizdun and the original Spellweaver Gems are deeply connected, serving as crucial pieces in the ongoing cosmic struggle ignited by The Disjunction and the failed ambitions of the Spellweavers.
At some "time" and "place" the Spellweavers are believed to have colonies acrosss the mulitiverse...
Then they experienced "The Disjunction"
But they had hoped to do the "Code of Reversion"
LONG STORY SHORT;
The spellweavers manipulated Chronomancy and went too far, and it seems possible that "events/people" from the future manipulated these events (coming from Tharizdun, Meklan, Vecna, and others). These all messed up the plans of the weavers who had planned to reorganize all of reality.
Their magic was strong, but due to the internventions of the others it messed everything up.
Since then Jergal has tried to fix it...
Tharizdun has tried to erase it all...
Vecna has tried to control it....
And Meklan has been doing what he can to make things coherent.
The gems of the Spellweaver are written into the orbs. Since they were "hidden" on these worlds, but still survive as long as they are contained in the form of Tharizdun Gem.
The Orbs are the gems of Tharizdun.
They are very much connected due to these things.
a
Arcane Forges
The Forges are actually remnants of the Spellweaver Nodes. The destruction left pieces everywhere (including in time/space). Due to their unique magic they have changed over time and even become like crystals as they "grow".
In Eberron the Nodes would become places and materials for their Creation Forges.
Relia & the D'Jedi
Relia wants to be a WAYSEEKER
Calliope's mom will try to be a wayseeker. It is not common and practically unspoken of, but she has recently learned of it and how it could offer a way out of the Order without any repurcussions, besides a respectful Banishment.
Garm is very devout and would rather a d'jedi die than leave. …. Each PC is "special" because they are chosen by The Weave (Force) to be special, and once in a while it seems there are those who are created in only one "universe" whereas many may have a "version" in another universe or realm or time…
These are the reasons why PCs are so "Special", the universe deems it so and it is their choices that can affect things more than most it seems… As indicated by The Clone Wars' Yoda arc, a Jedi must be aware of the presence of the dark side in all things, even themselves. Even Yoda had been Poisoned by the arrogance of the Jedi Order of his time, believing himself immune to the dark side. It is only when he accepts that the Darkness is a part of him that he is able to subdue it. The Clone Wars reveals that balance in the Force is achieved when the Light side can fully keep the dark side in check. The dark side is an inherent aspect of the Force and, as such, a part of all Living things, but to use it is to threaten the balance of the Force. To restore balance, Anakin must therefore destroy the Sith. But to maintain this balance, the Jedi must also confront and overcome the Darkness within themselves.
From https://www.cbr.com/star-wars-balance-of-the-force-explained/
Garm
Garm was born to a Bogan cult. His cult was wiped out when they defended themselves as Ashla Knights tried to take Garm as he was deemed worthy to join as an infant.
Of course the D'jedi believed they were in the right as they viewed the Bogan as evil and worthy to be wiped out.
Only the Ashla should use the Weaveforce.
The pyramid gemstone is a record of his cult's past-- so it is important and worth killing over. He is not so much evil for evil sake, but has no qualms of evil deeds in his pursuit as he now distrusts the Ashla and D'jedi feeling they have done worse and so he is willing to whatever he feels he must.
The Ashla & Bogan were originally the Bendu -- a cult that was of Asmodeus.... but then it split, demons vs. devils. In an effort to create a new dynamic in their Blood War...
NTO:
--------------
He destroyed their "bot" when he felt it was spying on them. This was the act that drew Relia away in Fear…
notes: Garm wants the history records He thinks that protecting both sides of force is impotent at all cost
Garm also has learned he came from a Bogan clan but kidnapped at a young age. The order believed they were doing the right thing even as they massacred the clan who was fighting back.
The Truth of the Ashla & Bogan
Early in days of people on Dierde there was a cult of Asmodeus that believed only he could fix the universe. They began to focus on the magical technology of the artificers. Asmodeus began to take a liking to this cult and led them in his own way.
Asmodeus is the ruler of all Devils and represents evil in its lawful form. He has spent his life in directing the Blood War and fighting the creatures of chaos, the Demons.
It was Baltazo that began to corrupt some of these Bendu, as they called themselves.
This would be the split of the Bendu into the Ashla & Bogan. The Ashla began to focus on how to create more order and law -- far removed from the Asmodeus days and began to be a security force which would Lead to a major war as the Bogan began to make moves in eradicating them. No one knows exactly what started this, but some think the Ashla might have actually been the ones to start it.
They both began to seek "recruits" from those they could find who had "the gift". The Ashla had many reasons, but truth is that they feared these people goign to the Bogan or worse. After the Great Sacrifice they found it impossible to return to Dierde and so they focused elsewhere in the Realmspace.
After the Last Rising it pierced a hole in the worldshield and this allowed some to return, but they all kept it a secret.

The Gods & The Plane of Dreams
The Gods have long left the planet, and most of the Material Plane... Aspects of them still find ways to enter or communicate and all gods have their own portion of the Dream Plane that they know how to use for many purposes.
Meklan (ˈpærədɒks) is one of the few who can enter and exit The Planes used by other gods as he is to ensure linear lines are ensured...
The Region of Dreams in Toril's Cosmology
By Jared Rascher
The Region of Dreams is much as it is described in the Manual of The Planes as it appears in Toril's cosmology. There are very few naturally occurring portals to allow for physical travel to the place, and making portals that open there are particularly difficult, though not impossible. The Region of Dreams is composed of the dreamscapes, which is an ever changing section of the plane where anything is possible, and Dreamheart, a region of wildly shifting energies where abandoned Dreams break down. At the edge of Dreamheart is a portal leading to a Demiplane known as the Plane of Nightmares.
The Plane of Nightmares is much like the Region of Dreams, except that all Dreams here shift toward insanity and Fear. Originally, this plane was part of the Region of Dreams, but long ago, an ancient group of wizards sought out power by tapping into realms accessible only through their Dreams. Eventually, this search for power allowed the dreaming wizards to contact the Far Realm, and drew its power through the Region of Dreams. This caused many problems within the Region of Dreams, and the influence of the Far Realm made twisted nightmares real, and eventually, the Region of Dreams was divided by the Nightmare Gate, and the Plane of Nightmares was separated from the Region of Dreams.
It is not known where the creatures that are now believed to be native to the Plane of Nightmares, the diabolus, came from, but they developed a wild, untamed, but largely benevolent society, fighting off the permanent effects of nightmares and intrusions from the Far Realm. Eventually, the Realm of Nightmares began to fall more and more into the influence of the Far Realm, and the diabolus sought a means to retreat from the madness of the alien plane. The Plane of Nightmares has two natural portals, one entering the Region of Dreams, and the other exiting into the Fugue Plain. All nightmares that run their course cannot reenter the Nightmare Gate to break down into Dreamheart, so they have to disperse into the Final Gate into the Fugue Plain.
The diabolus, since they were real, and not made of dreamstuff, could come back through the Nightmare Gate into the Region of Dreams, but the problem with this plan was twofold. The Nightmare Gate opened very close to Dreamheart, the area within the Region of Dreams where Dreams break down into energy, and thus give off emanations that could injure the all too real diabolus. The second problem is that vicious species had entered the Plane of Nightmares and positioned itself as the guardians of the Nightmare Gate. This species is known on Toril as the Night Parade.
The Diabolus that exited via the Final Gate into the Fugue Plain found that the Gate opened into the lair of Dendar the Night Serpent, who devoured the escaping nightmare stuff as it left the Plane of Nightmares (some sages speculate that the reason that Dendar's entrance into Toril may signify the End of Time is that she will be suffused with Far Realm energies, and that the longer she is on Toril, the more stress will be put on reality, causing it to rupture and fall into the Far Realm piece by piece). Thus the diabolus sought another means of escaping the failing plane they once called home. While some diabolus trained in war to fight the creatures of the Night Parade, the inhabitants of the Far Realm, and to defend themselves from ever more virulent nightmares, others tried to open gates that led out of the Nightmare Plane. Eventually several diabolus sorcerers found a means of enacting a spell that they quickly shared with others, allowing them to exit the Plane of Nightmares into Toril.
The diabolus that enter Toril do so in relatively small groups, usually familial in nature, with a particularly powerful sorcerer acting as the patriarch that opens the Gate for the family to enter through. Such groups find it better to hide in the wilderness, observing the inhabitants of Toril from afar, though some find acceptance with communities of Fey Creatures. The diabolus find humans disgusting and deformed in appearance, and they (perhaps a bit short shortsightedly) blame them for their problems, reasoning that it is Human nightmares that fuse with the stuff of the Far Realm to corrupt their home, and it was also the humans that drove the Night Parade back from Toril so that they have to use the Plane of Nightmares to hide themselves between their forays into Toril's Cities.

The Tablets of Fate: While a True-God is safest, and most often confined within their Divine Realm, they can send the energy that makes up their new form to anywhere in the Multiverse or the Planar Cosmology. Why then are the spheres of the Material Plane not full of the miracles of the gods, playing out their endless drama to acquire more worship and souls to become more than gods.
The answer is Mutual Assured Destruction, when multiple sufficiently powerful super beings become involved in a confined region or area of limited resources, it will inevitably Lead to conflict. When such super beings enter into conflict it will always result in disastrously poor outcomes for lesser beings who are caught in the cross-fire. These lesser beings are the same ones the Gods are trying to acquire the worship and souls of, therefore they cannot risk getting involved in the Material Plane lest they destroy the very things they Wish to acquire.
This is a lesson the gods learned to their detriment many millennia ago. In the distant past the Gods warred with Primordials for sovereignty over the Material Plane. The Dawn War resulted in the Imprisonment of the Primordials, but did not end the war forever, eventually the Primordials escaped and hostilities resumed much later during the time of the Creator Races. Again the Gods and Primordials fought for control of the Material Plane, Avatars were marshalled and the Creator Races marched for and against the likes of Io and Omu, the destruction was so vast that Abeir-Toril was nearly destroyed, the world was twinned and separated, and Toril suffered an ice age that nearly destroyed the lesser races.
Following that devastating conflict, the gods entered into a compact, never to threaten the Material Plane with their unrestrained power again. The Tablets of Fate were created, with the roles and restrictions clearly defined for the True-Gods, and signed by every True-God at the time and since.
The tablets were created using the Petrified scales of Asgoroth, otherwise known as Io, but thanks to the pronunciation of Draconic letters in the ancient Celestial tongue the name Io has been rendered as Ao. Over the millennia (for even the Gods forget with time), the belief of the Gods themselves has given rise to the Creation of a new type of being, an Overgod, referred to as Ao.
The Tablets themselves are nothing more than a symbolic agreement between the gods not to directly interfere with the lives of mortals on the Material Plane. All activities and communication must be indirect, and so performed via proxies (some gods have discovered they can venture to the Plane of Dreams and communicate with mortals while they Dream, which does not explicitly break the rules on the Tablets of Fate). As time has passed the Tablets of Fate have gained legendary status amongst the Gods and the younger Deities believe they are actually bound by the agreement, but as was recently discovered during the Time of Troubles, the only thing keeping the gods from destroying each other is the fact that they will destroy everything else as well, it seems some lessons need to be relearned.

Vecna
Vecna was killed by Meklan when he was a mortal, and over time his various contigencies have been rooted out, but one unbenowst to all is finally coming to Bear.
He is a god, so he is very hard to actually eradicate, and he is crafty so he has set up many contigencies. He hid a portion of himself in a dreamscape, thanks to the Nightmare Court & the Dark Powers. To stay hidden it has had to "stay quiet" and away from actions that would get it any ones' radars. However when Calliope & Bastion sought to learn more about the Spellweavers they made a connection which allowed it to learn of how they were collecting things that Meklan sought to eradicate.
He is a god of secrets and lived in that secret, that part of him connected with the one in the dreamscape.
He believes he can return in the form of his former Goblin apprentice.
He has stolen the book and hand from Sas, and needs the orb of Dierde but can't get that last one due to the orb.
He has the 6 from the Spellweaver's split, including the meklan orb.
The crystals are a part of this plane and have great power, but it seems Meklan or the Silver Flame allows the party to exploit them...
Changes to Universe
There are many machinations at play, but AO is slowly reforming….
A portion of him may soon come about to make some serious changes, especially to the POWERS.
He is now beginning to be aware of the Confusion with the gods, their inability to really do much -- although some of it is not a bad idea… he wonders if there is something to it.
He is now contemplating actions… Maybe a split of the worlds, Dierde In its own, and re-establish the old worlds,
A part of AO, the parts that are important, were locked up in the ritual that trapped the Archfey.
The Characters and Main goals
Barlo
Bastion
he is getting better at bladesong, just by progressing.
He is learning about his "family", he hasn't gotten to learn about his parents too much -- but Grognard was his grandather, and he is a god, this is not fully known.
Calliope
Long told how she would be "important" this is where it comes to play, and her beign a Bard is important as it gives her power in the Dreamplane.
Sas
She is getting better at being a Druid and her "green thumb" as she is the home to many fungi
She is on the way to help Bast
Shadow
The coin was meant to get her to Bast.
She now has questions of her Elder & Bast...
The "TRUTH" of Tharizdun, and Vecna
Just as the god of death.... holds his secrets of the spellweavers, there are secrets held by Vecna and not known by many -- even many gods have "forgotten" it would seem...
Tharizdun, the force of chaos and entropy is "locked away", but only because we exist in his "imagination". As long as he rests in the prison it is what keeps Creation in existence and it is believed that if he awakens or comes to this realization it will destroy all.
This was one of the first "secrets" that Vecna discovered and leveraged for his power, as he is the god of secrets. Almost all "Tharizdun" effects or links can be traced to him as he has used this secret to create cultists and other worshippers of Tharizdun who actually give him that power and not Tharizdun.
The "Weave", the "Force"
The Weave is just one way in which magicusers tap into the natural magic of the universe, but it manifests itself in other ways, such as the "force" used by the D'Jedi Knights..
Vecna Dreams
They also learned there is a connection between Tharros, Meklan, the Meklan Orb of Toril (which seems to have disappeared), Jacoby (who the party has had many run-ins with), Bargle (a Wizard of Mystara that the party ran into under Skola Vale in a mysterious ziggurat dedicated to Tharizdun), and Kolvar (a Wizard who was somehow hiding within Bastion and finally gained enough power to escape from him).
According to a voice in their Dreams, possibly Vecna, they learned some things which may or may not be true…
Calliope learned that her mother thinks she is a force of good and Garm has become an agent of Darkness, but this voice confessed that the fight between the Ashla and Bogan is really a part of the Blood War, the longest war ever that has raged since near the beginning of time -- a war between the Demons and Devils, a fight of law versus chaos.
Bastion refused the secret.
Barlo learned that the Dragon within him may have come from Capt. Meklan and he has long been manipulating Barlo. He used his points to stave off something horrible.
Sas learned that the Abbot was the one who advised her father to leave and it was for selfish reasons. She was also told if she dropped off the orb with the Doomdreamers then the Dreams would stop.
Shadow learned that Bast wants her (and possibly the whole party) to sacrifice something to help her Pharaoh. Bast has put all this in motion for her own purposes. She was also told about the Doomdreamers and how to stop these Dreams.
Gods' Conversations
female: .. You know when I represent these of my kind I prefer Bast.
Male: Fine, Bast,…
Bast: Thank you, Silvanus. I only came in this form as I know it pleases you and your Faerunian kind the best…
Silvanus: Bast, what you ask is no longer done. We let them choose these returns.
Bast: Silvanus, I know you don't like my plan to return my brother -- but I am sure in the end it will help our kind. All of our kind.
Silvanus: Bast, we don't know how your judgemental brother may be these days.. Labelas has had difficulties in seeing to the Toril past and how it connects with this Dierde ever since that Human interloper… well since his hexad-soul-split working for Mystra to be fair, but the one that messed with time it has even changed so many parts of fate that most gods are almost of the mind to release Tharizdun and be done with it anyways. They no longer Fear it will be the final death, and some almost seem to welcome it either way.
Bast: Silvanus, there is no fun in death -- besides of they feel no longer tethered by the tablets of fate then why not bring my brother back? Besides the Pharaoh's rebirth he can help any gods seeking their time to float in the Astral Sea. Besides… these Wild Cards may be the key to re-igniting the old Realms. I have some ideas, but we have to bring them back at least this one time. I think if we [garbled] then it will be like travelers from Eberron and not some deific intervention. That will keep the Raven off our backs for, not like a kitty is ever really afraid of a silly bird -- but her and I have made our arrangements when I can get away with toying with the deaths of these mortals that I don't need her changing those deals.
… hard to hear ...
Silvanus: And what of the Feylords?
Bast: They don't keep that close an eye on their Eladrin and feyfolk when they cross into the Prime, you know that. Besides, if my ultimate plans Work… they will find so many more canvases to create upon. Besides, Titania's avatar in the Vale is quite smitten with this group and relies on them to help protect their stake in the Prime… Which is also why I think Labelas will want us to help this group… If they help that interloper out of the time stream he can regain his control and it should be a reason why the Raven might not be as confrontational when she learns of what I know about Jergal
Silvanus: what about Jergal?
Bast: Oh, I can't tell you yet. The death of Vecna is still too fresh, deifically-speaking and that avatar might still return in which case I will lose control of the plot. Not gonna lie, love -- but the focus is on my people first, because even I fail to save Dierde I can still save my people… I have contigencies. Some forget that I come from the War Domain of our flock and I don't always fight on the open battlefield. My machinations come from the shadows, but they succeed.
Silvanus: I hope you are right. I am risking a lot with this…
Bast: You are risking everything, but it is the only chance we have…
An earpiercing scream…. Then Silence. The Slow sound of sand as you are now buried in sand… you feel it choking you….
Then it is gone.
A whisper in your ears, Bast it sounds like.
Bast:I have given you a chance. You died in that tower, but I think we have a way to bring you back, first though I need you to assist someone for me…

Trap Street is actually a part of The City of Doors. There is also a deep connection with The Mists of Concatenation
